"My daughter's hair was totally uneven. One side is at least an inch longer than the other. I just brought her in for a trim and the first stylist started on the side that's a lot shorter, then asked for help from her manager. The manager came over and cut my daughter's hair the rest of the way. When I got home, I noticed how entirely uneven it was with some long pieces left. I fixed it myself by evening it out, but I can't even it out entirely because her hair would be much shorter if I evened it out from her short side. I tipped well, and $20+ for a basic, dry cut trim is outrageous, let alone for it to be so uneven. However, Ashley was an awesome stylist when she worked there!"
