McDonald's

"This location needs to close until they can staff it properly. I ordered two sausage biscuits with eggs. I was told to park and wait as they didn’t have eggs. I waited 10 minutes, but had to leave to go to work. I called the store and spoke to someone and they stated I could pick them up another day. I kept my receipt and returned the following day. This time I went in the store. Same thing—-NO STAFF. I’m in line waiting and it has taken 20 minutes to get a basic order. I would’ve rated the food but I still haven’t received it. Grrrrr!!!"

"They consistently ask me to pull forward and wait for the smallest of orders. Today I was the only car in the drive thru and refused. It's not the customers responsibility to help improve YOUR statistics. At least the food was right."

"They are the most horrible nasty not having NEthing that a halfway might be normal person would want their HI-C taste like water... they don't have any mochas any frappes at all I guess their machine is down cuz they're waiting on a new one but they don't have that post to know where not nowhere in the restaurant not nowhere on their app it would be nice if they would have it posted so people would know they don't have frappes right now and their apple juices are not for adults they're organic and they are nasty AF thank you"

"I drive right past the Patrick Street McDonald's every morning but I went out of my way this morning and drove to the South Charleston McDonald's on Jefferson Road because I thought I would get a better breakfast experience, but I was really disappointed when I got to work sit down to eat my breakfast I had very small and burnt biscuits, I avoided Patrick Street McDonald's because they do not have anyone there that can make biscuits, it appears that this McDonald's must've hired the same person to make their biscuits. This is my go to McDonald's when I know that I'll get great food and great service, I don't know what happened this morning but these should've never been sold."

"This McDonald’s is always the worst food I have ever experienced. Our food the last time we were here, which was about 2 years ago, was completely raw and moldy. We go again today and wait in the line for 10 minutes, just to hear the manager yelling at full volume at an employee while we are at the window. As if this wasn’t unprofessional enough, our food was stale and our burgers were about 70% mustard. We couldn’t even finish our meal. We just threw it away. Save your money and go anywhere else. It would be better for everyone if they would just completely close this location."
