"I have never been treated as rude as I was at this location today. After failing to find my mobile order, the manager on duty, who refused to give her name but she had pink in her hair just expected me to be ok with donating money without providing anything for it. I had all the necessary proof because I've experienced problems like this elsewhere but they always fix it. They would not provide me with any phone number or anything. Just pure stubbornness and nasty and just trying to be as condescending as possible. Austin was less confrontational and showed at least tiny bit of concern and helpfulness. His "shift" manager could learn from him. Evening shift Tuesday around 530-6 o'clock manager. I have contacted corporate. No management experience at all. Edit: Stupidly went back today. Mobile order was accidentally gave to car in front of me and I was asked to go to the 3rd window while my food was remade. With HAIR IN IT."
