I love their biscuits because they are the lightest and fluffiest you can find. They don't weigh on you. Btw they also have the biggest and best burgers in southern West Virginia!"

"Nice little restaurant in Charleston. I I had heard that this place had decent home cooked food, so I expected it to be decent at least. I got a double bacon cheese burger with fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were well cooked crunchy and not to slimmy like some other restaurants. But the burger is what blew me away. This burger was THICK and just juicy enough to keep all of the flavor, but not make a mess. It took everything I had to fit this monster burger in my mouth, but it was well worth it. It was just a great overall burger, especially for its size. Will definitely be back in the future."

"Food was excellent. Service was pretty awful. Hostess was rude, did not respond to me when I asked if they had any open tables except to gesture to follow her. I then sat at the table for 22 minutes before someone came up to ask if I wanted to order a drink. He quickly walked away after I ordered a drink and I had to stop him to ask if I could give him my food order too. After that point, the food came out pretty fast. Pretty sure the server said about 3 words to me total. Said thank you to hostess on the way out, no response, did not look up at me."
