"12/21/23 The employees are not trained well. What is the manager doing? They're supposed to put the tray on the counter and say "order ready" so we can come get it! We waited at the counter for 10 minutes for our mobile order. We didn't know it was ready because the employee said nothing when it was ready. Finally after 10 minutes I asked them if order#1 was ready and she pulled a bag from the French fry station with 5 bbq sauce I don't want. I ordered dine-in and the order was in a to-go bag. They're supposed to put the tray on the counter and say order ready so we can come get it! of and the employee acted like it was my fault because, saying I didn't come get it but he was waiting right at the counter! They accepted a 6 digit mobile coupon today but they had trouble noticing that the computer accepted it at the bottom of the computer screen. ??? Won't take coupon codes from the app. Stopped taking loyalty perks coupons that are 6 digits, since January 2023."
"My family stopped in for dinner between practice and church. The cashier was friendly and even laughed at my husband's jokes. The food was hot and made to order, just they it should be. The lobby was clean and not real busy for early dinnertime."
