"She commented to one of the customers on here to let her know why they’re unsatisfied so she could have the chance to satisfy the customer. She did not back that comment up I paid $117 for highlights, and didn’t get much of a result really no result at all. I went in a blonde already, and left with the exact same hair I came in with which my hair was light enough to have it done correctly in one sitting and when I spoke on it I was immediately told I was wrong and at first she said it’s platinum blonde which it wasn’t, then it was it’ll take more than one sitting to get it platinum (I’ve always been a blonde I’ve never had to do more than one sitting to get any shade of blonde) this was two days ago, and today I went to a professional in Morgantown and paid less and got the exact results the owner couldn’t deliver, and gave me excuses about then told me when I came to her about it all sells are final instead of asking how she could fix this or make it right with me. Also in between my got waxed off towards the left side so now I have one and a half eyebrow which I failed to realize in the little mirror she showed me my results so when I emailed her about this 30 minutes after leaving I got no apology I literally got told I was wrong again about my eyebrow on my face that everyone can clearly see I’m not making up. Horrible ownership! Also I asked her if she’d just do what I paid her to do on my hair instead of me posting this review and she did not care so I’ll post my honest review. I have all the pictures before, and after, and what I paid her to do. Then the result I got from Morgantown’s hairdresser today we’re so much better and it was from a beauty college student."
