"I went today to get my nails removed no color nothing just take them off period and was changed for a full set $35 in which she completely tore up my thumb cuticle. I also had asked for a pedicure where they changed another $50 where the water was ice cold he had let it sit for so long while I was getting my “removal” and I was literally sliding out of my chair due to how he was pulling on my feet. Absolutely never again. Poor customer service, poor communication, extremely high prices for what I received. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially if you want to enjoy yourself $85 for frozen feet, poor posture and a “full set” which wasn’t what I received or requested"
