"Ordered online 30 minutes before I got there. Well sat waiting for 42 minutes in the restaurant. Only one guy working. And he kept pulling his hair back. NO GLOVES ON MAKING FOOD. I said cancel my order he said he could not refund my 29 bucks. I left. The manager was not on site and need’s terminated if he knew only one guy was working. If the employees touch there greasy hair then make your food beware. Calling the health dept tomorrow."

There is a FireHouse app that you can earn rewards if you buy a certain number of sandwiches to get a free sandwich. There sandwiches such as the Virginia Honey Ham are very good."

I said no pickle spear. I get it open and guess what’s laying on my sandwich. A pickle poorly wrapped. It gets better, this is all the meat they put on it. But wait. Someone was too lazy and got a chunk of onion in the meat. I threw it in the trash. Never again"
