"The negative review one here by Angela is completely fabricated and malicious! I was at the salon and witnessed the fantastic consult performed by Hailey before starting the service. The girl and her mother both agreed on cutting her hair, and a darker shade of pink. As a fellow stylist I agree she went way beyond most to please the client. It is very childish to leave bad reviews on every social media account you can find. The bullying needs to stop!"

"To Angela McDaniel: I have to set the record straight because the information you put on here is completely fabricated and is very uncalled for considering you are putting a bad word out for the business and stylist without knowing any of the facts of the situation. I know the stylist that did this girl's hair and saw pictures of it right after the work was complete. Her hair looked completely different from the picture you posted on here; it looked very good in my opinion and she was not to wash it or mess for a while. I can't speak for her and say what she did the next day to make it look like it does in the picture you posted but obviously something happened to create such a drastic difference. She did not walk out of the salon looking like that and was actually satisfied with the way it looked. The next day is when the negative feedback came back to the stylist, and she went above and beyond working with the girl's mother trying to rectify the situation and even bought with her own money some products to give to the girl's mother. And by the way, at no point did the client ask for her money back. So please, if you're going to make a public post trying to put a bad word out for a business or individual, be fair and make sure you're using accurate information."

"My husband and I had a very enjoyable experience at Spa Policano. He had been working for 45+ days straight (12 hour days/7 days a week) without a day off and I work 5 days a week. This doesn’t leave much time to spend together. He finally got a day off and decided to treat “us” to a massage. I called (at last minute) to see if they could fit us in. Sure enough, they did. So he came to my work that evening and picked me up and headed to Clarksburg. This experience was so relaxing and calming.....Plus we had the pleasure of meeting Jess and Trista….both are excellent masseuse! The atmosphere was so warm and delightful. I just can’t wait until he gets another day off, so we can experience another satisfying visit. Loved it!"
