"That drive thru girl, with blonde hair is extremely nice. i keep coming back because of her. i think her name is kendra. my eyes are bad and can’t see that far to read her name tag . staff is always super friendly. i definitely recommend"

"My only issue with this Burger King location is rude and unfriendly employees. And if THEY mess up on your order they are even more rude to you as if it's your fault. Definitely not great customer service at this location."

"I always enjoyed Burger King. I order the same thing every time. The last three times, they have somehow managed to get my order wrong every single time and its frustrating when you drive all the way home only to find that out. I have ignored it the last two times, but this time I had to call to find out why they cannot get my order correct. I first talked to the manager and she evidently didn't want to deal with the issue, so she cowardly passed me off to the "General Manager". She went on to try to explain that the problem "wasn't up front". By this time I'm really perturbed and raising my voice I say I don't care if it happened up front, in the back, or in the parking lot...this location is your responsibility, so I would like to know as a paying customer why this keeps happening to me. She responded by saying, "Listen is you're going to scream at me I am not going to talk to you." and she hung up on me. Granted I raised my voice out of frustration, which anybody would do and have the right to do after THREE TIMES, but i did not "scream" at her. I called back and I politely asked her what her boss's name was and she said, "That is none of your concern." and hung up on me again. Due to her lack of professionalism and total disrespect for a concerned paying customer, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME at that location, but I'm sure the manager and the General Manager don't care because its just one more customer that they will not have to take the heat for and be happy about it. In this environment, there will probably be issue and concerns that you will have to answer to and deal with. Listen, if you can't take the heat, in your Burger King kitchen, then you need to find a job where mistreated and frustrated customers will whisper their complaints to you..."

"So I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the impossible whopper. I paid she gave me my Dr.Pepper and said it will be a minute on your impossible whopper. 5 min later we got our food my sons chicken nuggets, my husband's impossible whopper and my spicy chicken sandwich which was raw. The manager was already gone or just nobody decided to answer the number on the bottom of the receipt to talk directly to a manager. I have never had problems there until 10pm tonight. I think we will never eat here again. ORDER THE CHICKEN IF YOU LIKE IT RAW!!"
