McDonald's

"I ordered a frappe through the app. When I arrived they told me the machine was down. I asked for a refund and was told to go through the app. I contacted customer service on the app and they told me I had to go through the store and that my info would be passed on to the location and I would be contacted. I never was. It is always something with this location. Missing items in drive thru orders, machines down, rude workers, items made incorrectly, long wait times, even the system is down quite a bit. It's always something and the list continues to grow. We have started choosing other restaurants nearby over this location."

"Mary Ann Is always super nice Very fast, Always has a Big Smile to give you. Stays in a run. She is a great person."

"On December 10th we got there at 11:30 pm, and there was a car ahead of us in the drive-thru. We waited 10 minutes and the car ahead of us didn't move. I got out and asked the driver if there was a problem. She said they hadn't taken her order yet. In a few minutes she drove off and we took her place at the ordering station. We said "hello" to the order box and the McDonald's lady said, "I am by myself and have to take the orders and prepare the food." We waited 5 more minutes and then we left after being there for 20 minutes. We went to Cookout and were served immediately. We will never go back to this McDonald's even though we know it is not the employee's fault. She should not be there by herself."

"on visiting this McDonald's on several occasions at different times of the day & week. several occurring issues was present. 1. the fountain drink station was extremely messy. the fountain it's self was very dirty with old dried soda mix. 2. the fountain dispenser was clogged on several of flavors. (from not being taken apart & cleaned properly is the main reason for this) 3. out of napkins and other items that should be available. 4. the bathroom (men's) toilet clogged and was that way upon next visit. 5 the parking lot is always a mess and not just a little messy. 6. food on tables and floor & from my time spent there no one cleaned up the dinning room. ___________________________ THE GOOD. all the employees was extremely friendly and very courteous. the food looks fresh and looks to be made within McDonald's standards. the employees seemed to be working double hard to make up for the shortage of staff. I don't fault the employee for the issues mentioned above this is more of a management issue they are paid to cover these open spots and tasked with the appearance of the store. this much work load simply can not be put on the shoulders of a already overloaded employee."

"I go to this restaurant every morning before work around 5:30AM (even though the hours say they open at 5AM for lobby)... I must be honest the lobby is almost closed at that time but bc I'm a loyal customer they open the doors to me when I'm there... However even though the morning shift is super sweet... There's has been a gentleman that sleeps in the lobby in early hours... I really don't like seeing that when dining... Aside from that the morning shift is great!!! I can't speak about the rest of the shift as I'm not available for those... I would also like to add that their restrooms could use some improvements as far as the cleaning is concerned..."
