"I ordered two of the $5.99 specials. I got the fish with coleslaw, and the shrimp with coleslaw meals. The fish was boney and tasted half cooked, and the shrimp tasted old. The coleslaw was watery and had very little taste to it. Even the hushpuppies tasted doughy in the center. I called the reseraunt and ask for the manager, and the gentleman who answered the phone identified himself as the district manager and he stooped me halfway through my complaint and said in all the years he has worked there he never heard of bones being in the fish, and he said he cooked the food himself and everything was fresh. He then said maybe you shouldn't eat at our resteraunt. He the said come in and he would give me a refund, and advised me not to eat at his restaurant. "WOW".. I think someone higher up needs to teach this guy about "PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE".. I believe I will be boycotting this restaurant!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!"

"This restaurant was dirty, had to clean our table off. Trash on the floor. My son ordered the chicken strips and they were too rubbery to bite thru. I had the fish & shrimp which was OK. I'm not saying it's like that all the time because this was my first visit."
