"Closed an hour and a half early just because they “felt like it.” Left everyone in the drive-thru without telling anyone. Only reason we found out is because we drove up to the window, at which point all 5 workers except one ignored us, with the window open! They never planned on telling anyone they were closing so early, and acted confused why we were at the window wondering why no one had talked to us through the speaker in 10 minutes. They’ve been through umpteen different employees the past few months, so this location will probably close soon. You’re better off going downtown if you want Wendy’s."

"Literally the absolute worst establishment i think I have ever spent money at. Was missing several items from my order (almost $10 worth of food) the food we WAITED on was cold and not made correctly. the workers are all rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. When I called to refund my money I was hung up on. 0/5 stars would be my rating if it was possible."

"I went during the lunch rush today to grab me and a coworker lunch. The food seemed pretty fresh and is if it was made to order. My baked potato was soft and very filling for a very affordable price. And it didn't take long at all to go from the drive-thru to the second window until getting my food and being on my way, Maybe 4 minutes tops. Would recommend!"

"They are nothing but rude here. I would leave a 0 if I could! They go out of their way to make sure they are inconvenient, and do everything they can to not serve people. This has the laziest staff that never want to do anything and try to get out of people ordering every way they can. They constantly are "out" of literally everything including burgers one night. It's always a very unpleasant interaction every single time I come here. It's almost worth going all the way to another one for decent service. Not to mention it's always having some kind of drama here, and I never feel safe."
