"First messed up my order then came around to get it fixed then some girl name Ashley very rude told us we had to come back around to just order a small drink with a full line of people, every time we come at this restaurant the drive-through girl is always rude to us. Everytime. Customer service negative stars"

"Food is always consistently good, but I have waited for a few months to write this because I thought, "surely they don't totally ignore things such as 'no cheese' or 'add sour cream'.." But here we are. Not a single visit in memory have they gotten it right. I don't go during rushes. Either 11am or after 1pm. There's never a line in the drive thru when I'm there. My requests are on the screen and they ask "does everything right?" to which I say yes. Then I get back to work, and it's completely ignored. Every time. I fear for people who request edits to meals for allergy or intolerance reasons. Get it together. Nitro TBell was the best around for the first few months it was open. Now it may be worse than Patrick Street..."

"Nobody is ever at the counter when we go in so we order off the computer. They bring food, holder your name and walk off without saying anything. All employees in kitchen, dining room is usually dirty, tables not wiped off, food in floor, drink area wet and sticky. This has been this way the last 4 times we have been there."

"No idea what’s going on at this Taco Bell but it takes 40 minutes to get through the drive thru. Came through here a few weeks ago and the guy in the drive thru window apologized and said he was the only one working the entire store (he was cooking too). Corporate needs to check this place out ASAP. Thankfully the Saint albans location is done remodeling and I don’t need to patronize this one anymore."

"Went to the drive thru. There was a lot of confusion because there was something going on because there was 4 police cars in the lot, and several people surrounded but the staff did their job. My order was out quickly, it was hot and the staff talked with me and my dog instead of watching outside. Keep up the good work Nitro WV Taco Bell!"
