"Given several cold cookies. No biggie. Easy fix. Asked the 5 employees standing by the window (shift change?) if someone could please warm up the cookies for me. Radio silence. Asked again. Girl finally spoke up, and with all the snark she could muster from the depths of her soul, said “I guess I will, since you asked nicely,” as though she was doing me a favor. Advertisements literally tout that the cookies are “served warm” and I just want them as they’re advertised. I’m not asking for a kidney here. If I wasn’t so shocked by the response, I would have opted for a refund instead. So rude."

"Ordered doordash. Order came and instead of one of the $15 combos we got 2 little sliders. Looked at receipt and the order was correct on receipt but they bag wrong food. When I called the guy tried to blame the driver for picking up wrong order but everything else in the bag was correct and had our receipt with our name on. I suggested HE reorder on DD and have it delivered to my address because he admitted they screwed up but he didn't want to take ANY responsibility. He Then hung up. Only service they care about is lip service!"

"When there was no ketchup in dispenser, we asked at the counter, and received 10 packets for one order of fries. Food was hot. Rueben not soggy. Meat piled in one clump in middle of the bread. Counter person pleasant."

"Be sure to check your order. Every time I have been here, they short my order. This time they shorted me 2 sandwiches. Must be a requirement to work there. Never going back."

"When we got here we are in. There was a poor older lady waiting at the counter for her food. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for them to even ask us if we have been helped. They were too busy talking in the back to even pay attention to who walked through the door. We had to ask again for sauces and napkins. This place is very dirty as my pictures will show. I def. Did not ring the bell."
