"Food is pretty pricey and usually not made with care. There's nothing like getting a small ball of meat in the middle of two slices of bread or a bun. With nice cold curly fries. I WANT POTATO CAKES"
"Like most of you other Arby's lovers, I have enjoyed the roast beef sandwiches forever. But, this night, I had a gyro and a crispy fish sandwich. I waited 18 minutes to receive my order, and there was no one else ordering at the counter. There was drive-through and pickups through the App. A man came in while I was waiting, and this very disorganized place had totally missed his large family order. So, I waited as my sandwiches sat on a shelf. Another couple came in, and no one took their order, so they left after waiting a while. A lady that came in 5 minutes after me received her sandwich well before me. Strange..... The FOOD: It's very apparent that Arby's bean counters had figured on giving customers very little for their money. The gyro had literally 8 or so little shreds of lettuce, no onions, and just a hint of tazaki sauce. Such was the same for the very little piece of very over breaded fish. It's called crispy because they've figured out a way to sneak a very thin, and I mean THIN piece of some kind of fish, heavily bread it, and fry it so it looks blown up. BTW, there was only a super thin layer of tartar sauce. I happen to see the prep man and he takes a spatula and dips it in the tartar, wipes both sides off, and then wipes the residual on each side of the very airy roll that was much larger than the piece of so called fish. Truly a waste of money, and I ended up not eating most of this sandwich (?). Such garbage at Arby's now. I can honestly say they have lost me as a customer forever. In my almost 500 reviews, it takes a lot for me to knock a business down at all. It's rare. But, I cannot recommend this restaurant, at all. This may have been THE worst fast food experience in my 72 year old life. You decide....."
"Went through drive-thru ordered a French dip meal and a double beef and cheddar meals. Asked for regular bun on the cheddar, got it home was not a double and was on onion bun. French dip was cold, and so were both the fry's. Guess I should have known it was going to be messed up when 2 employees came on the speaker at the same time."
"This Arby's stands out among others for its lack of competent drive through service. Missing food every single time for the last... maybe ten visits? We are always given attitude when we have to make sure all the food is in the bag before driving away, but every time something is missing. We love Arby's, but won't be returning to this one ever."
"food was okay… til i had taken some bites out of my chicken sandwich and low and behold its pinker than the pink panther and rubbery..now i have worked fast food… i know theres no exception to this.. also was told to pull forward and wait on my singular sandwich and fries and it took 15 mins..id understand if i had a big order but for that? employees i saw were friendly as could be.. but just wow"
