"Taco Bell on second Washington street is a joke. They denied me ordering food Because I had my Emotional Support Animal that is part of my therapy with me. When I went inside they told me I had to leave her outside. I have never had a problem with my animal till now. They can’t get away with breaking the law. I am a diabetic and then denying me food could have killed me. But I know my dog isn’t a full fledged service dog but she is there for my service for my well being. I felt hurt and humiliated because my ESA and I got turned away from ordering food. I want either 3000 or that place shut down and the workers fired. They don’t need to treat people with ESAs any different. But I will never try to or stop at that Taco Bell again. I want 3000 and that place shut down with all those workers fired. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE"

"i never leave bad reviews on places but after just witnessing an employee holler at a man who was waiting in the line (that was taking a ridiculously long time) saying that he couldn’t go to the bathroom until he made a purchase i felt it was my duty to report how horrible the service was here. it’s also a ridiculous policy that doordash drivers have to come inside to get the orders (especially since there’s no way to exit the drive through, you just have to wait). the pickup shelf was behind the counter, they could have just handed it to me through the window, but instead had to wait in the drive through with no purpose and then in the ridiculously long line when they could have just saved time and handed it to me at the window. horrible experience"

"This place is terrible. Never get my order right and today the hash browns were dry and tough. I don’t know how you have dry hash browns at 10am. I’d understand if you had some bad apples around 10:50 but this early? How hard is it to drop some in the fryer when you can just look at the ones you have and tell they are no good?"

"This was my first visit since the reopening but I did not go inside. I just grabbed something quickly from the drive-thru. Therefore, the atmosphere was a 3 rating to be fair. The service was great. The cashier rang my order up twice to see which way it would be less expensive. I appreciated her doing so. Fast, friendly, and convenient!"
