"Well kept restaurant. Employees friendly & upbeat. Only reason not 5 stars on food is I asked to ADD lettuce & tomato to my burger which was done but then the onion & pickle was not put on it. Took a couple of hits before I realized. Was too hungry & tired to want to wait for another burger. Plus I don't like wasting basically an entire burger which is what would have happened when the original would have been thrown away. Regardless I would have no issues eating at this location again."

"window ladies say happy things in the most unhappy voice but thats not why im reviewing. ive had hot and ready breakfasts from here before and i cant say a sandwich has ever not been up to my standards because its well, a sandwich. but as someone with a lean towards fast food ive been trying to pick out healthier items. i go for a ceasar salad lately at my local wendys and this one was kinda out of my frequent. now that being said i know salads are a non frequent order for a fast food burger based place. ive never had a fresh good salad since the strawberry summer one at any location . idk if thats bias or jus a wendys thing. the lettuce is always sour no matter location but this particular one almost half the container was bad, im talking brown lettuce and for the price that isn’t acceptable. they slapped a chicken patty on, non cut, and threw some cheese in a corner. honestly not the worst case obv wouldve liked fresh lettuce but it was the execution and lack of care. they didnt have that busy an hour and ive worked at mcdonald’s i know what busy is. dont want any free stuff jus posting for the people who care."

"Cashier an obvious trainee with a loud voice and seemingly little patience when asked about a grilled option on the Asiago chicken club. No grilled option. Kitchen staff all speaking loud about personal lives. I didn't think they were being professional."

"Went for birthday lunch. Staff was friendly, food was prepared as ordered and was delicious. We were not rushed and had a good time. Had chili and bacon cheese baked potato."

"Definitely my favorite Wendy's. The food was just on a different level, their bacon looked fresh not over or under done and as if it was cooked minutes ago. I asked for certain items to be left off the burgers and they delivered. Our bacon fries was also well cooked, fresh fries, bacon and a ton of cheese. We were greeted when we entered by Gary who was cleaning very thoroughly. The wait was a tad bit long, but was super busy. The manager on duty Jason was running that kitchen to a T, everyone had their position and was killing it. The cashier was stumbling a little, she yelled for help twice and also got on her phone infront me. Other than that she did good with my specific order. The bathrooms/tables/chairs/condiment area was spotless. Definitely the best Wendy's I've ever been to and best in the Huntington/Bville/Milton/Ashland area. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back."
