"Best hummus ever!!! Their menus scrumptious as well and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. The whole vibe is one you hate to leave and just want to stay in."
"The dearest people, the most delicious food, bursting with delicate flavor, is beautifully presented, and their homegrown olive oil, imported from Lebanon, is without peer--best we've found. Can't go wrong with Cham's Combo Platter. I am so grateful this restaurant is here to serve the Parkersburg and Marietta communities. It was full of doctors on break from Camden-Clark Hospital when we were there at 1:30 pm for lunch. I get why! If I weren't 40 minutes away, I'd be a regular. Namaste!!"
"Good for lunch. The portions are certainly not large enough for dinner. No beer here, only wine. I ordered a salad which came with way too much bread and a lamb wrap (more bread). The lamb nuggets (they called them medallions) were small. The best thing I had there was the cheese baklava."
"I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Lebanese cuisine at this restaurant, and I must say that the flavors and authenticity are truly top-notch. The menu offers a unique selection of dishes that are a delightful treat for the taste buds. The quality of the food alone makes this place stand out in my books. However, I wanted to share an experience that left a bit of a sour note during my visit. On one occasion, I arrived about 20 minutes before the closing time. I had heard great things about the baklava dessert, which I was eager to try. To my surprise, when I approached the counter to place my order, the person working there seemed rather frustrated and berated me slightly, saying, "You know we're closing soon." I understand that working long hours can be tiring, but I believe that good customer service should extend until the very end of business hours. As someone who works in customer service myself, I always welcome customers with a smile, even if they come in close to closing time. I know I'm being oversensitive but at my store I genuinely enjoy assisting customers and ensuring they have a positive experience even if they come near closing. My only gripe with my visit was this interaction at the counter. It left me slightly taken aback and affected the overall impression I had of the place. I firmly believe that exceptional food should be complemented by exceptional service, regardless of the time. In the end, I rate this restaurant 3 stars due to the fantastic food and the desire for a more customer-friendly approach, even during the final moments of operation. I hope that my feedback is taken constructively, as I genuinely enjoyed the culinary experience your restaurant offers."
"What a gem! Stopped in Parkersburg on a road trip and decided, after reading other reviews, to eat dinner here, rather than one of the many chains. I'm so glad we did. The smell of the different spices and meats all swirling together when you walk in is incredible. The young woman who took our order was very friendly and as she could tell it was our first visit here, made recommendations which we selected for our meal. The service was spot on and we didn't wait long for our food, which was truly so delicious. The owners came around to ask us if we were enjoying our meal and also provided us with dessert; be sure you save room for the cream cheese baklava as it's DIVINE. If only this restaurant was back home in Cleveland. The food, the prices, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff make this a not-to-be missed restaurant."
