"I would say just based on my experience, I’ve made a delivery once and had no problems at any aspect! Checked in by 7 AM, get a dock as soon as i get thru the gate, sure you could’ve say it’s kinda tight to make it to the dock, but at the end use your professional skills, drivers ) Unloading took about 2 hrs and I think it’s pretty standard procedure time."
"For truckers if u never been here take 52 from 64. Much better road than 152. I read the other reviews about this place and they are a joke! First of all appointments does matter!. I agree that unloading is a bit slow but if u scheduled at 7am and get here while another truck is being unloaded then u have to wait till they are done to get to u. Another thing there's alot of rookie driver's that can't make a u turn! There is enough space to do that as soon as u pass the gate. Can't do it all the way to the end were receiving is at. If ur picking up then you will get the first docks after the gate. If ur delivering then bust the u turn as soon as u pass the gate. Then back in to the back. Easy! I spent 7 hours driving here for first time here concerned about the reviews about other driver's experiences. That was a joke and that's why I'm posting for the first time to let u know it's not that bad!"
"Don’t drive through the gate rather back in ,because there is no room to do u turn it is too small for 53 foot truck . They don’t tell you that until it’s too late, and appointment is not really make any difference still you going to end up waiting for dock door to be available"
"It's a good place to work and to buy thr things i need for my house. They have good prices on the stuff they carry there. And they really take care of their employees with good wages and bonuses every month"
"I am very disappointed in this company. My son worked for them through a program out of Louisa. He was lifting a washer from the top shelf and the pallet broke, so the washer fell and broke. You have every right to fire him but as a business person you do not have the right to yell and cuss him. Very disappointing!"
