"We love this bank and have had them for years. We have a personal account and a business account with them. The tellers are always professional and helpful. Bret is the best. He was at the Milton branch but transfered to the Hurricane branch. He is still our go to guy!!"
"They won't let you use the Zelle app directly. You have to use Zelle through their app. (which is a horrible app by the way). Ohh did i mention the app sucks."

"To everyone out there just wanna say don’t ever bank with city national I’ve been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated” or “sorry there’s pending transactions” i don’t know if it’s there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don’t have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn’t there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts now as I wanted just one originally now I’m closing them all I’ll never go back"
