"I just spent 25 minutes standing at the front counter, waiting on the 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered as a take-out. I placed my order at 3:11, and stood there watching as the employees apparently struggled to figure out how to make 2 sandwiches. Some time around 3:25, an employee approached me and said "we're waiting on the fillets, it'll only be another minute." Ten minutes later, at 3:35, a lady walked up to the counter and set my bag down, and immediately turned to walk away. I had to stop her, so I could ask for sauce. I then told her I've been waiting more than 20 minutes, and asked for a manager. She told me the manager was in the back, and to wait. So I waited for another minute, then left. No employees approached me to apologize, no manager talked to me the whole time I stood there. How can you run a business like this?"
