"I spoke with Anastasia on the phone this morning regarding referrals. She was extremely helpful and personable. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and secure with my care at Valley. She took time to be very detailed and explain step by step how to follow up with my care and answer all the questions I had with care and compassion. People like her are the reason Valley Health will forever be my go to place for all outpatient health needs. Thank you Anastasia for you all you do for the people of the tri-state area!"

"This place will always hold a special place in my heart. The first place I’ve went to seeking help for my mental health. The place that made me feel confident to smile again. My PCP, Jessica Purdue, has changed my life forever. Seeking out help from constant depression, postpartum depression, and anxiety wasn’t easy. Her bubbly, judgement-free personality made it so much easier than I thought it would. After a few trials and errors, referral to psychiatry for ADHD, we found the right combo of meds. She has not only changed my life but also, my son’s life for the better. He now has a functioning momma! My dentist, Chase Preston, has also changed my life. I lost my smile for quite some time due to various reasons; pregnancy causing my teeth to chip, braces left untreated due to moving away from my orthodontist, not brushing bc of pain. All of which lead to cavies growing on every tooth. He has done wonders on my teeth. It is still weird to see myself with whole teeth, almost like a dream. He has gave me the confidence to smile again! I am beyond thankful for all of my providers and valley health!"

"I would avoid Brandon Coburn in the dentistry department at all costs. He was extremely rude, rough, unprofessional, and apathetic during my extraction appointment. When I brought it to his attention that he was being too violent with me (jerking my jaw around, making it hard for me to breathe, etc.), he never apologized or cared at all and instead seemed annoyed that I brought up his mistreatment. He then just gave up on the extraction and left part of my tooth in tact, and recommended I go to an oral surgeon to complete the job he lacked the skill and care to do. I was totally numb in the area he was supposed to be working on, and a better, more skillful, and careful dentist could have successfully completed the entire procedure in the one appointment. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. The rest of the staff were very nice, helpful, and understanding at least. The dental assistant was incredible, giving me tissues when the dentist made me tear up and giving me a hug after the way he treated me. She was very kind and apologetic on his behalf, which she should not have had to do. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a dentist with more knowledge, experience, empathy, and care than Mr. Coburn."

"I wouldn't give this place 1 star. They are rude & very unprofessional. Husband goes in cause he's having pain & they focus on everything else & not what he went in for. He came out almost in tears cause they were that mean to him. I would rather be in pain than to go there. If you want to be treated badly that's the place to go."

"Go to any other Dentistry but this place. Rude staff and they refused to even do a simple teeth cleaning, they said I apparently haven't been flossing enough so they recommended me to a different dentist. Really? I am insulted and completely wasted my time with this business."
