"I have had Dentures since I was 18. I am now 60. Dr Henry made me a set chargered me $26.000 last SeptemberThat I threw in the garbage At Dr tackett's office. I have the best fit That I have ever had My bottom plate Even has suction And I've never had that.To the point that I have worn Dentures for 42 years And I've actually got sore spots in my mouth Where these fit so firmly. She does great work And the staff is very friendly and Attentive your needs. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's And she's also getting new plates they treat her very well.I highly recommend her She would gets10 Stars if they had it to give."
"Went and saw dr, tackett about a broken tooth. They took xrays and everything and she said another doctor would be able to pull it in three days because i needed antibiotics. I took antibiotics for 3 days, call off work for the last 2 hours of the day when i was supposed to go, got a sitter for my daughter and someone to drive me. Fast forward to the day of, 3 hours before, they call to tell me the doctor doesnt think she can extract the tooth and wanted to refer me. After all i went through and walking around with a broken tooth they decide its outside of their ability to pull a tooth. Ill never go back."
"Got 3 fillings one day, the next day they all fell out, they said they’d re-fill them for free since I’d already paid for the ones that fell out. But when I went back for that they claimed to have filled 3 different teeth (but it was the same 3 that fell out) & I had to pay again. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, much less twice when the fillings should of stayed the first time."
"I've been there several times and not had a problem. Most of the hygienists are extremely nice and Dr. Tackitt has always been pleasant. Today was a completely different story. (Dr. Tackitt wasn't there) My daughter needed three fillings. The dentist didn't offer to numb her for her first filling, which I didn't think anything of at first. My daughter started freaking out to say the least. (She is only 6 and has never had a filling) The dentist did okay, she seemed a bit annoyed by my daughters reaction, but she was screaming and crying. What really pissed me off was an old hag hygienist who stepped in the area and rudely exclaimed, "We have a two year old over here that has never been to the dentist, calm down so you don't scare him." It wasn't what she said, but how she said it. My daughter couldn't even hear her because of her crying and I felt like it was addressed to me. The same hygienist always seems rude when we come even though my children do awesome with their cleanings and usually look forward to visiting the dentist. She also failed to offer my son fluoride his last TWO cleanings. Because of her lack of compassion to a scared six year old I will NOT be back. Which is unfortunate because I used to love this office and would recommend it to my friends. I also inquired about them taking my new Delta insurance today, but that's okay, I'll take my business elsewhere."
