"Every Chessie location I go to has very rude and judgemental people. This bank is my worst experience with a bank. After I pay the charge on my account that wasn't even my fault, I'm closing bath accounts. I will no longer spend my time at such a pathetic company. Also my last review was deleted. If you give a bad review on Chessie it will get deleted. How petty."

Wow, sure has expanded and merged successfully many times since then. I’ve had numerous loans since I became a member more than 50 years ago, and have never had a customer service issue, and still value my membership. I’ve known various board members, and thank them for their consistent professionalism in managing the institution. I’d recommend Chessie FCU to any and all, and I also brought my kids in as members."
