"I so wanted to like this place. I’ve visited it before for ice cream but today’s experience makes me think it will be my last time to go. There were 3 servers there today who were more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers so our service was horrible. These young people acted as if there were no customers in the place. We waited a long time to get our food and then the chicken salad was room temperature which made us wonder if it had been sitting out. Then, no one ever came by to check on us, refill drinks, or take dessert order. We had finished eating and sat about 30 minutes waiting on someone to notice, then my friend finally walked over to the counter and asked for someone to come to our table. The ladies at the table next to us walked out because they couldn’t get their food and they had been there about the same time as us."

"The waitress was on her phone all along, ignored us, didn't get one refill, took 15 minutes to get our drinks in the first place, Another 35+ minutes to get our food, the meat was burnt hard on the sandwiches. Not crowded at all. It was like this the last two times. They must've changed hands, it was never like this before. We decided we won't be back."
