"We drove almost 5 hours to stay at the hotel and made sure we were here by 8pm since restaurant closes at 9pm on Fridays. We arrived to be told kitchen closed at 8pm because they weren't that busy. This will be our first and last trip to the Lafayette Hotel."

"What a great find! In town for a sporting event and ate here. Food was great! I had salmon, roasted red potatoes, and asparagus. My husband had the Lafayette salad and then the fish and chips. Our server, Julie was a ROCK STAR. Beautiful setting on the river!"
"Had a great time here. Part historic hotel, part The Shining. Great cocktail menu and Mandy our bartender knew how to make them well. Fantastic service. She was by herself and handled the whole room and the bar. Food was very good and everything was seasoned well, which seems to be lacking at most restaurants. Check it out!"
