"I have taken my son to this office twice in the past five months for a nasal swab. Each time they did not explain what they were going to do and he became scared when the nurse tried to swab his nose. Each time they held him down and swabbed his nose so hard it caused his nose to bleed and he was extremely upset. My husband told the doctor he was upset by this and the doctor said your son was violent with my staff. My son had multiple nasal swabs at our previous pediatrician in another state. They developed a relationship with him and he trusted the nurses and doctors there. Maybe instead of telling him that your 3 month old can do this try gaining his trust and respect instead."
"If you're unable to care for existing pediatric patients, it's time to reconsider accepting new ones. Our experience with Marshall Pediatrics has been far from satisfactory. Securing a same-day sick appointment is nearly impossible, and we've encountered issues with doctors failing to send prescriptions, referrals, and timely test result callbacks. Some of the staff, including certain female doctors, have not been very friendly, making us feel like burdens rather than valued patients. Calling them gives us anxiety, and it seems they work against us instead of with us. Moreover, scheduling a yearly check-up when we have a sick child at home has proven challenging, with the next available appointment being four months away. We believe there's a pressing need for more pediatric care options in this area."
"Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a ped office. I ask for one doctor, they book me with a different one. I called and asked to schedule my daughter’s vaccines and stated that while there I wanted them to look at a place she had on her foot to make sure it healed correctly. When I got to the appointment they only looked at the place on her foot and didn’t give the vaccine because it wasn’t a “wellness check.” They made me schedule a whole new appointment to get the vaccine. Why oh why couldn’t they have told me this when I called to schedule the appointment for the vaccine? I feel like they’re just trying to make it into as many appointments as possible to get more money from more visits. It’s senseless. I also feel like the providers here never take my concerns seriously and just rush us out of the office. I just transferred to a new pediatrician and I am so glad. I’d never recommend this place to anyone"
"Everyone is very nice and professional. Great bunch of doctors and staff. Each room is decorated so cute too!"
