"Literally the WORST "fast food" restaurant experience ever!! I waiting 45 minutes for 3 orders (inside) while 3 others were also waiting 40+ minutes for their orders inside. Ended up they didn't even acknowledge the orders after someone FINALLY came up to the counter so I could ask what was going on. Ended up just leaving."

"Got order completely WRONG. Sweet instead of unsweetened tea and girl argued and refused to take back. Burgers ordered with no ketchup were slathered with it. RUDE and INACCURATE staff."

"Waited over 40 min to even be acknowledged that I was even waiting at the counter. My order was wrong and I wasn't even offered my money back on the items I didn't order. When a gentleman asked why it was taking so long to wait on the lobby people she said drive through is more important and laughed at him as he walked away. Bad service bad management."

"Awful. They’re not using gloves when they’re handling food. My friend had to ask them to remake my food because they handled it with no gloves. I finally get home and eat and the sandwich is completely dismantled in the bag, there’s one pickle on it and it almost looked bitten off of. I don’t expect much from them but I definitely didn’t expect this. They were also very rude when my friend asked for it to be remade."

"Don't expect much. In fact, don't expect anything. They mess up my order about 60% of the time. The latest screw up: two chicken sandwiches, both clearly marked mayonnaise only, pickle only. What do I see when I get home? Hot, disgusting, wilted lettuce. Not one pickle to be found (not that a pickle would have fixed the hot summer dumpster lettuce flavor seeping into the sandwich). So just how incompetent do you have to be to work here? Management obviously doesn't care, because I've complained before about my order missing entire sandwiches."
