"I would urge everyone who is doing banking or considering doing banking with First Mutual Bank to rethink where they are putting their money. I will be closing all my accounts and will be withdrawing any money I have in this bank. I could not have had a worse experience than I had with these people. Not only is the branch manager rude but has no experience in true customer service. I only wish I could give zero stars instead of one star. Once again I urge everyone to use a different bank than First Mutual. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
