"This place used to be awesome. Over the past year it has continued to decline. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they don't seem to want to. There are a couple of staff who are not customer friendly. When I get them they make you think you are interrupting them and they don't appreciate it. When you call to ask about an RX, the first answer is 'your doctor did not sent it'. When I ask them to look in the computer it is magically found. Some customer service training and some system training might fix the ongoing issues. I don't like the thought of going to a national chain, but Walgreens is right next door. Every time I sit in the drive through at Cross Lanes Family Pharmacy I can see the Walgreens sign and think, 'is it time to change because it is not worth the headache anymore to support the local business'."

"A strange thing happens when you call this place: A human being *at the store* answers the phone. They are polite, prompt, and have a nice small business flavor that you don't find many places. I only wish they had later hours."
