"Dont even get me started . If we was to really get down to the fact of the matter the psd approved and Forced all the residents of westfield to take their sewer project all because one individual wanted it and they couldn't even handle the extra and had to divert to weston sanitary dept. To share the load ..If you was a renter you wasnt even notified .. and we all had to pay for the piping and backhoe work out of our own pockets and wasnt reimbursed and literally doubled and tripled my water bill because my sewer bill is based off of how much water I use . If I wash my vehicles a couple times in a week my sewer bill goes up. My septic system was fine .. it was one individual who had trouble with his ground perk who didnt want to pay for a airator to be installed and etc.. which cost all the rest of us thousands of dollars so far .. Every resident in Westfield should form a class action lawsuit .. it wasnt legally done and even if those crooked state and its crooked PSC say it is legal still doesnt make it done proper .. NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE EVER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME WE WAS GOING TO BE VOTING ON SEWER. NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN CITY LIMITS .And to top it off my water dont even come from Jane lew psd it comes from WV american water . I dont see how legally being outside of city limits I can be forced to take their city sewage . A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF !!!.. I dont see how they sleep at night !!"
