"I use the drive through. The coffee is good, no matter the kind. Sometimes do not have the lemon filled glazed donuts I like, but I'm usually there in the afternoon. Sometimes cannot hear the person taking orders due to high traffic volume... and my age."

"Terrible experience. $8 for the wrong drink. They look at me like I’m stupid when I give them the drink back until they realize they screwed it up. Took 5 minutes to give me a refund, holding everyone up in the line, then shorted my refund. I pulled out of the drive thru to go in as to not make anyone else any later for work since they already made me late for work. I go in to retrieve the remainder of my refund, they have an attitude with me and make me wait longer. Never again!"

"There's absolutely no reason that a medium hot mocha latte should be over $5. Is it that the company owners can't afford the Rolls-Royce payments? So now they have to pass these absolutes stupid charges onto the public? I'll never be going back. No reflection on the people at this place. It's strictly the prices. If people just stopped to think that they are paying over $5 for a coffee, this insanity would stop. Because people would stop doing it."

"If I could give it 0 I would. The customer service is poor; they never have maple donuts anymore; and most of the time they hand me a coffee with coffee all over the outside of it. The least you can do is wipe off a cup before you hand it to your customer; that’s just poor management. I couldn’t hear during an order because their machine was cutting in and out and they rudely raised their voice and said, “No we don’t have no maple donuts!” Their words exactly, not mine. Then they proceeded to correct me when I said the name of a drink wrong and did that very rudely as well. I asked to speak to the manager, but instead of taking responsibility, it was my fault and I was the rude one."

"I literally JUST came through the drive thru and the service was super mediocre I had a coupon for a free medium iced coffee which they said I couldn’t use bc the coffee was rang up as happy hour ,which was fine, but why couldn’t they just ring it up as regular price so I could get it free ? It’s giving stingy. And honestly I’m kinda upset abt it bc this is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. After I went through the drive thru I pulled over to put my card up and that’s when I realized that my drink was only filled up to the yellow line and I hadn’t even taken a sip out of it yet. So I had went inside and asked if they could fill it up for me. mind you I asked for light ice bc 1 it melts fast and 2 I wanted to get more coffee out of it. So after I came back outside I took a sip out of it and it tasted so bitter and disgusting. And mind you it was that color before I took it inside it tasted like it had no sugar no creamer and no flavors. So I’m not really understanding how they’re training their employees but 99.9% it’s good experiences except for today. Don’t know what they had going on but won’t be coming back until they get it fixed to be honest."
