"I should have went with my gut instinct and left after waiting nearly 5 minutes to get service. We were in line and then suddenly everyone came out laughing from the back. Everyone was stoned. Food was terrible. After a mini rush of customers. The exodus to back room took place again for another 5 minutes until another line formed. I will never eat here again. If I could give you a below zero rating I would. I was there on 12/30/23 at 3:56 pm and was waited on by Jasmine O."

"My girlfriend and I ate here the other day for the first time. We both got subs, and they were good. Prices aren't too much. Actually cheaper than I thought, considering it's inside Crossroads Mall. Will eat here again!"

Grand escape, they didn't have mushrooms (but failed to mention that while I was ordering) no ranch for fries. And kids meal just thrown in bag. Not happy at all, and the way the cashier acted was as off she could care less to even be there. And when you go to eat you see hair in the fries, threw up instantly. They don't have hair nets on and they are all hovering over people's food. Disgusting!"

"Bread under baked , fries overcooked, bread was not completely filled with meet you can see in photo. For the price they charge I was expecting better quality. One good thing about it was the staff is really friendly, They are the only reason i gave 2 stars"
