This place is very discriminatory against the low income population in the Ohio Valley. No matter what for insurance you have whether it's Medicaid Medicare private I don't care what it is they should be made to take any insurance this is bullcrap"

"Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I called to ask about a nebulizer and the woman acted as if I was the biggest idiot on the planet. I've never had to get one before so I called to ask some questions. Her exact words was 'I don't know who you think you are but you are not going to walk in here with a prescription and walk out with the machine. That's not how it works' then laughed at me. I said mam that's why I'm asking questions about what I need to do. I will NEVER go to or recommend any person to ever go there. She was rude, mean and very disrespectful."
