"I wish I could rate negative stars. Wait times are ridiculous. Over 20 minutes just standing in line before you even get to speak to someone. Then get told that there are only two ready out of the three prescriptions called in over 36 hours before. I will definitely be changing pharmacies. And I suggest that if you have any plans for the day other than picking up your medication, cancel."

"1 time out of the rest has went smooth! So everytime I pick up my prescription "looks like a hold due to insurance" I say everytime my insurance does not cover you guys know this! I just wish they can listen, fill my prescription on time, and not give me head aches."

"Very poor customer service. They are never friendly or warm. Very snippy. They give alot of attitude. There might be warm people there but in the six months I've used them I haven't found them. I am in the process of switching pharmacies. They also NEVER answer the phone it seems."

"Was told that my insurance card I’ve always had and use and never have had a problem with till now was not the correct one. That it was hospital use only which for a fact is incorrect. They said I had to call and get the correct one sent to me. Again I’ve had this card and used it at other pharmacies no problem since getting it years ago. I’ve had this insurance for years, and normally I use CVS as my pharmacy where my other RX’s are but my provider sent it here in case my insurance would not cover it and the Good RX price was cheaper than CVS if I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately, My insurance covers it so I will be transferring it back to CVS, and honestly would rather pay the higher price than deal with this again. They had even called the CVS I originally used this exact insurance card yet for my billing info…..since they clearly don’t know how to enter my insurance card which for a pharmacy is a big yikes from me."

"Was told my wait time would be 30 min. 40 min later they don't know how much longer. REALLY..... If my wait time was going to be linger then I should have been told. So maybe by tomorrow it will be done. After wasting a hour waiting today. This is my first and last time getting filled here."
