Totally incompetent, told me to call back in a week. UGH I need this for immigration, not just waiting around for whenever these incompetent bureaucrats feel like dealing with it.... Got denied a firearms permit,I sent in fingerprints, they screwed that up so badly ,they have the cover letter with my information, sec and 3 next sheets was all info on another person. So I sent it back in color coded like a child because no one can do their job correctly! Still no word,just keep passing u along on the run around train ! I have no faith in the justice department because innocent people like me keep getting the shaft!"
