"So I recently moved from South Carolina to Louisville OH in the last 3 weeks. I deal with chronic back pain and am disabled. I take a pain medication that a particular generic makes me break out in hives. When I went in today Chad helped me. I have to say Giant Eagle you need to be proud of this employee. He took 20 to 30 minutes to call my Doctor call multiple Giant Eagles and multiple conpetitor pharmacies to help me get the right medication that wouldn't make me break out. Chad is the first pharmacist that didn't judge me and my condition. He was the first one to show me empathy and downright the best customer service from a pharmacy. Coming from South Carolina down there you are treated like a inconvenience. Today I was treated like a human. I just want him to get recognition for this because he deserves it. Thank you Chad"

"Haven’t had any major issues here but they told me they called the doctor’s office for a refill. The doctor’s office said they didn’t call. Don’t know who is at fault but it would be nice if everyone was on the same page."

"I love Giant Eagle, but my family and I will not use their pharmacy anymore. My husband transferred a prescription from Walgreens on Portage and Frank because we are closer to Louisville. The pharmacy tech was very rude to him. I'm not sure how the rest of the staff is, but we'll be making the drive to Walgreens where they have treated us very kindly."
