"I went to pick up a prescription for my anxiety. This is a medication I need very badly, so I had my doctor call in a 5 day supply while I was waiting for my full prescription to be sent via mail. When I went to pick up my prescription, a man told me that they had my prescription, but it was going to be $60 out of pocket. I said okay that's fine, but he urged me to have it sent to the nearest Rite Aid. The Rite Aid they sent it to never received anything from the Walgreens. I waited till the next day like I was instructed and went back and they had still never received anything from Walgreens. Both pharmacies completely lost a prescription and now I haven't had an anxiety medication that I need baldy for 3 days. It takes a special level of incompetence to completely lose a digital prescription. I am not only without a medication that I need badly, but I have spent the better part of my day running from location to location left with nothing in return. So shout out to everyone in the pharmacy in Walgreens. You all have done an exceptionally poor job. Thanks guys!"

"Open 24 hours and always offers top notch service. If there are more than 2 people at a register, they open another one. I wish Wal-Mart had this business model. They have a very convenient app for ordering photo prints, reordering prescriptions by scanning the bar code, and more. They'll also send you texts or emails telling you what's going on with your orders.. If they're ready for pickup, waiting for doctor authorization, etc. Good company to invest in as well as they've had solid growth the past few decades. If they can't get the best corner location in town, they don't open a store."
