"Food is good if you can get served. They don’t take orders inside anymore. If you go inside you have to use a kiosk that doesn’t take cash. Since there isn’t anyone at the front you have to wait for an employee to come out and get your cash. I waited 15 min and finally walked out. This usually isn’t an issue if they have other customers to bring food out to. Next time I’ll be going through the drive thru and then bring it inside. This isn’t an employee thing it’s a Taco Bell thing that I know of. They don’t want their employees to have to interact with customers."

"This is the nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. There is a waterfall at the drive thru that is visible from the dining room. They have party lights and a very large outdoor seating area. American flags at the entrance to the parking lot. Very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'll go out of my way to eat at this location!"

"Never seen a taco bell with this nice of an outdoor eating area. It had a water feature outside as well as in the drive thru. Inside they had nice plants too."

"Not to be over dramatic but this Taco Bell is probably THE BEST in North America. From staff, food preparation (never a crumbly mess), to speed they absolutely crush it every time I come through this area on 64. I’ve had to come back around the area for work, to get to funerals, or to see family in Virginia—no matter the time or the occasion or my mood these folks are crushing it. Couple that with some tasteful pump-fed water features it just can’t be beat. It has a courtyard too, like what’s up with that? I’ve lived in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Kentucky in that order and Taco Bell is one of the only fast food chains I can stomach anymore. But it’s still fast food and we all sort of know what we’re getting into, and that’s why I can’t stress enough how above and beyond this location is. Corporate should give these people a raise. It blows my mind, I have no idea what’s going on. THEY ARE SO NICE. Thank you for always making my 8 hour car rides easier!"

"I'm almost 50. I've lived all over the world, and I'm currently a truck driver. I have been hundreds of Taco Bells in my life. Taco Bell has gone downhill in quality and appearance over the years, but this one is by far the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. If Taco Bell was a restaurant instead of a fast food chain this is exactly how I would have envisioned it."
