"I've never had anything other than a good experience with Dr. H. I won't go anywhere else, too many inexperienced dentists out there trying to hustle you out of as much money as they can. His prices are fair and his work is exceptional. One of the last of the few good ones around."

"I've had 2 extractions. 1st one went OK. 2nd time, my tongue was hit 3 times & he broke off a piece of my wisdom tooth. Just found out, 2 weeks after the extraction was performed, that half the tooth was still in there. Be extremely cautious going here. I no longer recommend this place."

"I highly reccomend this dentist. He was super nice to me. I'm not sure why there is so many bad reviews. He's a dentist not a therapist. You know your going to get your teeth pulled be mentally prepared for that when you go and there won't be an issue his job is to extract your teeth not coddle you when your nervous. I've been suffering with 2 bad teeth for months and he got me and got me out. My personal opinion all the bad reviews are only the person who made themselves fault. If your prepared and ready to get those teeth out go here. Highly recommend."

"I read another ladies review and I’m going to call her out and say that that Amber girl is a straight up liar. I called his office on a Thursday after looking for a dentist for almost a year that would take my insurance. She told me she could get me in the following Monday and me and the lady on the phone went over all of the information that they would need on Monday she then told me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. There was some horrible construction, so I know that I may actually be late I walked in the door at exactly 9 o’clock filled out. All of my paperwork was taken back for x-rays after Dr. Higginbotham did the x-rays. He brought me to a different room where he then started to get me numb and ready for the extraction, because I was going to have two teeth polled, and I seemed a little bit nervous. He offered me the nitrous oxide. I turned it down because I was alone and driving myself. He was one of the nicest dentists that I have ever met in an out two teeth, polled and x-rays in less than an hour now his equipment is older, but that’s probably why his prices are not out to gouge people hands-down one of the best dentist I have been to in my 47 years of life I recommend him to everyone!!!!"

"DO NOT go here. I would rate zero stars if I could. I have no idea how he has a rating this high with the way he treats patients. Horrible hours and the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I was told I had only 30 minutes to get three teeth removed, no communication before my appointment except to ask questions about insurance, etc, but nothing relating to my actual medical need. I got nervous before my extraction and he told me to leave and never come back because they don't deal with anxiety. The nurse also told me I should have "came prepared to see a dentist and not be nervous" whatever that means. Worst experience ever. (Also, the front staff asked me how to spell University, that should have been a sign.) Only commenting because I hope to save someone else from a horrible experience and a waste of time."
