"Don’t order spicy nuggets from this location they are never fresh and always give what’s been sitting there all day. I order more than I know I’ll eat with hopes they’ll need to drop fresh ones. I normally put up with it but nearly chipped a tooth on how hard one of them were. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about giving someone fresh food that they’re paying for, employees would rather be lazy and just give you what they already have made even if it’s past expiration. Positive note they seemed to have stopped pulling everyone forward!!! Guess management didn’t like that."

"I tend to choose Wendy's because the burgers are made fresh. That was not the case at this Wendy's. The burger was dry & cold. The fries were also cold. They were out of several drinks in their dispenser. Additionally, both ketchup dispensers were empty. The restaurant itself was neat but not clean. It was definitely a disappointing visit to this location."

"This is the best Wendy's I have been to in the last 30 years The service is friendly and down right fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat with the staff working and laughing truly wnjoying their job. The food was vantastic. Quality was worth the $. The restrooms was clean and larger than most I've seen. I recommend this one over all in the area of Charleston, Wv."

"The SLOWEST Wendys ever. And they park you and you wait 20-25 minutes and when they bring it out, it isn't all there. Happens every time. Then go back in to get what is missing and they act like you want something for free. Nah, I just want all of what I paid for. I work for my money too."

Oh yeah hold on let me ask my daughter. Ok give me the pretzel burger. We don't have the pretzel bun. Get her the burger I get. I need a large strawberry lemonade. We don't have any lemonade. Then a Dr.Pepper. We don't have any Dr. Pepper. Look at the burgers I got. I paid $17 for 2 of those burgers and 2 large drinks."
