"Friendly but not helpful. Sold me a policy for a vacant property we are trying to sell and it doesn't cover the damage to our home. When I contacted it took several calls to speak to the agent. He asked to have documentation sent to him and he would contact the insurance company. He did not. After calling several times and being told how busy they are they simply forwarded my email. He said he would look into it, if he did he certainly didn't help our case at all."
