"What can I say. They are doing things with burgers here that most places can only dream about. It might take a minute to get your hand crafted burger but you will feel like it was made just for you. I cant wait to come back to eat."

"I am trying to leave a complaint about the teays valley location. I had contacted the store for a pick up order. Was immediately placed on hold. After waiting 15 mins I called back. The lady that answered the phone put me on hold. 10 more mins pass I hang up and called again. 3 times in a tow it goes to voicemail. On the 4th call someone answered again and tried to place .me on hold. I explained I was already on hold she said she had to because she was serving tables too. 7 minutes went by she took our order. When I get the food I had ordered 2 chicken breasts with mac and cheese and smashed potatoes. The other order was a club sandwich. The chicken breasts were small but the big issue they had cajun spice on them which was not specified online or when I called. The mashed potatoes container was broke and the mac and cheese was mainly cheese sauce. The sandwich meal was fine just messy. I am extremely disappointed in our service."

"I asked the locals what place we have to hit up before we leave town, and this place was mentioned multiple times. Between the Pickle fries and the wings, the food was great. Our waitress was super nice and recommended choices based on what we were feeling. If I am in the area, definitely a place to hit up again"

"The Hype is Real! Amazing burger. The Fat Patty original was simple yet full of flavor. Onion rings were delicious with a really good dipping sauce. My server Haley was very friendly and attentive."
