"Go during the week for day shift. Avoid at all costs on evening/night shift or weekends. The caliber of those working drastically changes. Decent food at the right time. Dare I say: good. God awful pig swill at the wrong times."

"10/10 the worst taco bell in the area. food is always soggy because there’s way too much sauce. always missing something. 9/10 times there’s no napkins or sauce in the bag when requested. they throw stuff in the bag so it’s opened when given to us. Hurricane Taco bell is ran 100% better and has better service than teays could ever imagine."

"Do not buy from here. The Hurricane Taco Bell is way better. Almost every time I order from this Taco Bell, I have some kind of bad experience. Incorrectly prepared food that is extremely skimped on and disgusting food. My most recent experience, they refused to grill my food I had already paid for online and couldn't switch. My food was also incorrect. I had to go home and grill my grilled cheese burrito and crunchwrap myself. It was 1 and a half hrs before close. Absolutely ridiculous. Never getting from here again."

"Pulled up to the drive thru and went to order right off the bat who ever I was talking to I’m pretty sure was a manager and very hateful and short. He did not care about what I wanted just kept saying over and over “Is that all” another thing I ordered 2 ckn ranch wraps and all that I found in it was lettuce. No chicken! It was absolutely nasty at that point and I could barely get through eating it. Disgusting and very rude management."
