"I have been a customer for over 10 years. (Personal and Business policies) Needless to say, I am switching my insurance to another agency. Beware of Dan Snoody in Logan, Ohio. He has messed my auto insurance up several times since 2020. He has made changes to my policies without my knowledge. Suddenly I have money coming out of my checking accounts and no clue it was happening. He NEVER never accountable for his mistakes. It's always blame the customer and twist their words. I am going to be taking legal action against them and cannot go into specifics, but safe yourself the hassle and take your business to an agency that will take care of you. This place use to be the best, but I can no longer say that with my experiences. I have even emailed the owner and she never responded to my emails. I moved my business policies 6 months ago and I think some of their behavior is due to that. I am reporting Dan Snoody to the a Ohio Department of Insurance. I got smart and started recording my calls and caught him in lies today. I will be including all of that in my consumer complaint with the Ohio Department of Insurance."
