"I had a bonus card that should of had $6 - $7 on it but the waiter said it didn't have a balance on it. I know it did but she took the card to the back to run it instead of at the table she stated they have a lot of trouble with those cards and she didn't give me the card back. So I lost that money off that card, they need to reimburse me that amount!!!! They food was high enough as it was."
"My parents and I were traveling home on vacation and I have a service dog. The hostess sat us and when someone asked to pet my SD she stepped in on my behalf and said no that he's a SD and blocked the individual from us. Our server was also amazing letting us know about all of the specials to save us some money."
"Last time we had a party of 20 and we were seated fast. They went above expectations with service and food quality and I had the greatest burger. The burger was the Big BBQ Burger with no onion or pickles. Had them add double jalapenos grilled with it. The burger was massive! I also got mexican rice and fries. My server was a Cassie and she was welcoming and helpful. I'm definitely coming back cause I also want to try their quesadillas."
