"Ordered 3 subs through app bread on all was like a rock items I asked for more of was less than regular called to fix the issue but bc I didn't want to drive back 20 mins I was just told we don't have a set amount we just make them (by a manager) worst subway I've ever ate. When I called a young boy answers hello.. no business should answer hello you should announce your store name smh"

"Kids were working, didn’t pay attention to what was ordered. Dropped the order that was written on the paper on the floor and just picked it up and kept making a sandwich. Messed up my order. Lack of supervision on young kids working. It’s a shame because this used to be a good Subway."

"One person working. No hairnet, on cell phone talking and says she's trying to pay bills. Puts on gloves then continues to handle her phone. Then makes our sandwiches. Gnats flying around. Is there any food service quality monitoring in WV? Traveling and should have walked out."

"I work close by and order online here every now and then. Consistently, my order is not on time, sandwiches either uncut or untoasted, sometimes they even give me foot longs after requesting a 6in (not hating on free food, they just don't pay attention). I enjoy Subways coupons and healthy eats, but they are never consistent."

"Over charging and dirty. Went here twice after moving here. 1st time charged me for a high priced sub that I did not order. 2nd time on our receipt we noticed a charge for a ham sandwich we did not order. Contacted Subway who had a local rep contact me saying they would mail me a coupon for a free sub but never did. Obviously with another recent review by someone else having a similar experience it’s time for corporate to investigate these charges going on. Besides this the last time two of us got sick and I noticed that the prep area was a sloppy mess with lettuce in most of the containers and tuna in the cheese. And the guac was black. Disgusting."
