"I’ll never eat Taco Bell again — period! Absolutely one of the coldest places, room temperature wise, I’ve ever eaten. After working outside this afternoon in 40° temperatures I was looking forward to sitting down and getting warm while I ate — NOT. I guess I should’ve put on my insulated bibs in addition to the insulated coat I was already wearing before I ever went inside. If you can’t afford to heat your place of business, maybe you shouldn’t be in business to begin with! Pitiful!"
"Normally I love Taco bell but I did not get what I ordered my kid eats plain tacos even checked receipt I ordered them plain Got home they were supreme normally I check before I pull off but there was a line behind me so I didn't want to be rude"
"Food was decent, incorrect, but still ok. Management refused to give me name or store number, refund, or instructions as to how to go about regaining my money through the app. I was threatened with police action because I said "damn it" when told half my order was unavailable AND refused to substitute. I have never felt more disrespected by a fast food restaurant. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I LOVE Taco Bell, but the app/store flow is not working due to poor management. As a former Taco Bell manager, I would never let this happen.l and would have done ANYTHING to satisfy the customer, not threaten police action. Highly disappointed. Half my order was missing. Unbelievable.. so disappointed."
"Drive Thru has actually improved. It was pretty good, but in the last couple months it has gotten even better. I noticed they have hired a new employee or two at the window. Good choice on who you put out there. Don't know what they are doing or if it's even them, but it's gotten smoother and requests are met . Whatever the change it's working. I'm actually getting what I ordered! Food is still as good as usual. Sometimes better than others. I guess it depends on who is working making the food that day. No problems in quite a while with not getting what I ordered. Been getting exactly what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see changed that is serious is they need to figure out how to keep the crunchy tacos from getting moist and sticking to the paper wrapper right at the bottom of the taco shell. Not exactly sure yet if it's because the paper wrapper won't let moisture evaporate through or just too much water content in the meat. Maybe consider pressing the meat in a strainer when there is too much "wet" left in the meat steam pan and make sure the steam from the steam pan system to keep it all warm can't collect under the meat pan lid and drip inside. Perhaps wipe it off every few minutes and if there is a rush on customers let the supervisor help with that kind of thing. It's understandable we want our food fast and we want it good. Some things can be hard to do both when in a constant rush. I remember working jobs like that when I was in high school. Otherwise please consider thinking about training to help make sure the things that go in burritos are end to end. Currently it seems you get all the sour cream on one end and then meat in the middle and beans on the other end. It's the same with all burrito types. So that's it. Bottom of the crunchy taco shells turning to mush that sticks to the wrapper in just a couple minutes and fillings not going end to end in the burritos. Everything else is really good."
"Rude employees, extremely poor quality of food... If you do an online order, be prepared to present an itemized list before they will give you your food, paid for or not. I have given this taco bell so many chances through the years, done with this one. Food sucks, when they actually do get an order right, and employees here are extremely rude."
