"This is the first time I've ever had to do this but me an my family have went to this tacobell alot an never have had a problem till they got this new GM named Tim ...he is very rude , he has threatened our family to call the law on us for no reason at all. Everytime we have went thru there drive thru they have messed up our dinner an never once replaced or tried to refund or fix ...the young man at the window was nice until this new manager took over an now he is very rude ..never gives you the sauces you want or your receipt or napkins... I have called corporate an im just awaiting a phone call from them ... I would not give them no stars ..this is the worst taco bell ...the new GM has made it horrible.. I WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THAT NEW GM TIM .. AN I WILL CALL CORPORATE EVERYDAY UNTIL ITS TOOKEN care of ..but getting threated is Definitely not professional in no way or form ... so plz just check your food ... also it's pretty bad when you go inside an you hear this GM cursing an yelling because the customers won't stop coming in or if there is a complaint ....something needs to be done ... thank you"

"It was 20 mins till closing an had car load of ppl so that means a car load of food! But they was cool about it an got our food pretty quick.. good job guys keep up good work!!"

"They didn't complete our online order and when we tried to find out what was up, the staff was super rude. We decided to reorder the entire thing after waiting 40 minutes and then they said they had no burrito shells. Get it together!!"
